Our tariffs include applicable government taxes.
Guests are required to make full payment of their room tariffs before or upon arrival. Individual cheques are not accepted on our premises. Bank transfer payments are allowed up to 10 days prior to arrival.
a. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM.
b. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
c. Early arrival is negotiable and subject to room availability.
d. Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and will attract an additional charge of fifty percent (50%) of the contracted rate up to 5:00 PM, and the full rate after 6:00 PM.
✅ Full Refund – Cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival.
⚠️ 50% Refund – Cancel at least 13 days prior to arrival.
❌ No Refund – Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival.
✅ Full Refund – Cancel at least 10 days prior to arrival.
⚠️ 50% Refund – Cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival.
❌ No Refund – Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival.
Guests who fail to arrive on the reserved date will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
The hotel will store guests’ luggage, subject to the availability of storage space, for a period not exceeding 7 days. The hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage.
Room safes are provided in each room to protect guests’ belongings. Guests are responsible for all valuables kept in their rooms. Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
Pets are not allowed.
Photographs and videos taken on our property for commercial purposes without written permission are prohibited.

- Children between 6 – 12 years pay half price.
- Children above 12 years pay full price.
Extra beds will attract an additional fee. Guests are not allowed to bring their own beds.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. The hotel has designated a comfortable smoking area for guests who smoke. A fee of $100 will be charged if smoking is detected in your room or if guests are found smoking in the room.
The hotel operates a 24-hour room service for all guests, with specific room service menus provided in the rooms.
